Partner with the Project Manager on preconstruction planning, submittals, RFIs, and owner communication. Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience (fueling / C-store / retail / site-utility experience strongly preferred). Proven ability to run a jobsite independently and lead subcontractor crews to schedule and quality standards. Strong working knowledge of commercial building codes, ADA compliance, and jurisdictional inspection processes. OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain); demonstrated safety leadership. Comfortable with construction-management technology; experience with RedTeam Go, Asana, or similar a plus.
